2018 chevy malibu transmission problems

This is the 3rd time for he same issue. The dashboard tells me that I need to 'shift to park' even though my car is in park. Once engine shutdown stabilitrak light illuminated intermittently with power steering. I could have been killed when I car cut off in the middle of a busy street.
